Назрела у меня тут тема, касающаяся сертификации, и, думаю, многим будет интересно обсудить. Вроде бы, все понятно: сертификат – это гарантия, знак качества, спокойствие потребителя. Но вот в чем проблема лично для меня – ощущаю какой-то разрыв между заявленным и реальным.
С одной стороны, вижу кучу продукции с разными значками, вроде все "по ГОСТу", "эко" и прочее. А с другой – то и дело читаю новости о выявленных подделках, некачественных товарах, да и личный опыт, увы, иногда печальный. Получается, сертификат не всегда гарантирует то, что обещает?
Как отличить подлинный сертификат от "липового"? На что обращать внимание, помимо самого значка? Какие есть онлайн-ресурсы, где можно проверить подлинность сертификата? Кто что знает про добровольнаую сертификацию.
